    Consult and site assessment

    We start with the space: viewing positions, ambient light, structure, power availability, data path, access for install and ongoing service.

  2. 02

    Display design and specification

    Pixel pitch, resolution, brightness, cabinet type, processing, mounting method and thermal design are written into a specification a manufacturer and an installer can both honour.

  3. 03

    Supply

    Professional LED panels and associated control, with a preference for brands whose partner programmes we are prepared to complete — including LG and Samsung. We do not claim those appointments until they are granted.

  4. 04

    Installation and commissioning

    Cabinet alignment, processing setup, colour and brightness calibration, and a documented handover. Licensed electrical contractors are engaged for wiring work as the site and the law require.

  5. 05

    Training

    Operator training so the client can run content and basic care without calling a technician for every playlist change. We are ready to complete manufacturer product and install training as part of partner onboarding.

  6. 06

    Maintenance and support

    A local Australian contact for warranty coordination, spare strategy and scheduled service. This is the layer manufacturer brands need in-market.
